Bank Pekao
Bank Pekao has planned maintenance work on Sunday, August 13, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The modernization process will specifically affect the bank’s brokerage services, potentially causing problems for customers accessing Pekao24Makler, PeoPay application, and eTrader Pekao platform.
Alior Bank
Alior Bank has announced that on Saturday, August 12, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, their currency exchange platform Autodealing will be unavailable. Additionally, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the same day, certain investment functionalities will not be accessible. Customers should be cautious when charging their mobile phones during these times as there could be a higher risk of data theft.
ING Bank Śląski
Customers of ING Bank Śląski should prepare for extensive technical breaks. The first outage will occur on Saturday, August 12, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, during which the Broker module of the internet banking system will be unavailable. More significant disruptions will take place during the night from Saturday to Sunday. From midnight to 5:30 AM, customers will be unable to make online payments with 3D Secure, change transaction limits or PIN codes, transfer funds from a credit card account, and perform operations on electronic banking cards. Additionally, in the night from Sunday to Monday, from midnight to 4:00 AM, customers should expect difficulties using ING/Planet Cash deposit and ATM machines.
Bank Nowy
Bank Nowy has also announced a temporary interruption in access to their electronic banking services. On Friday, August 11, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the bank’s online platforms will be unavailable, and there may be problems with card transactions.
